Hey guys I apologize for posting off topic, but you all seemed like you might be able to answer my question. I just purchased a M936A1 and I cant for the life of me figure out how to operate the front recovery winch. Any help from you wrecker owners would be much appreciated.
Thanks!
Rick

Well during the snow i used my wrecker to remove a fallen tree and to pull out a stuck bucket truck that slid into a bad ditch as most of brevard and surrounding area's lost power. XZL's Did amazing in the powder and I had a blast driving were no snow plows had gone even had to remove a few tree's.

Pulled out an LHS M1120A4 that got stuck during "Drivers Training". For some reason the pictures uploaded in reverse order.

Mr. Steve,
I'm ashamed to say that the driver that stuck the LHS is assigned to drive a "SECM" or Contact Maintenance HMMWV for the Recovery Section. He informed the "Trainer" that he thought the hole looked deep but the trainer said "It's locked into 8X8, punch it"! Now you know why you sometimes get a new MV from auction and wonder "how did they get mud up into that crevice"? I'm completely against abuse of MV's but sometimes it happens.
