I'm guessing that you two are getting some shut-eye before the mission....
and that you'll be checking in here before the Zero-Hour and your departure.
Godspeed to the infamous Wreckerman and his co-pilot/navigator/bombadier/rat-like furball ELMO. May your travels be safe, the wind at your back, and may Mr. Murphy be hog-tied and hidden in a secret location far away from your route.

I took tomorrow off, if you need anything in Kansas, you have my number. Looking forward to meeting you......we better watch Elmo, I doubt Bud or Sir are going to tolerate his devious little tricks very well. If the M915 lays down on you, at least we can scurry out and take photos.

Well, me and my little fuzzy buddy made it to Warrenton, MO.
We covered a little over 500 miles today before the heat got to me and I yelled "Uncle".
I dropped off RWBROWN72's van trailer (see pic with Elmo) in Mount Vernon, IL.
He treated me to lunch (I had a chicken sandwich....Elmo is still giving me the silent treatment) and is a real SS trooper. He is also a member of the M915 club.
Tomorrow it is on the Salina, KS to pick up some M105 trailer parts and then up Hwy 81 into NB to Reb87's place.
I'll drop off a ROPS canopy and pick up Bighurts trailer......then on up the road to ZiggyO's place.
The truck ran fine and other than two small issues all went well.
Here are some pics:

Glad you made to Warrenton, That rest stop at riverview isn't the best place to hang out at. Now for the fun part, going through Kansas. HOT! Give me a holler if you need something while in Mo. Get to Kansas, Glen's got you. Good luck.

The look the TSA guy gave me when I put Elmo on the conveyer and sent him through the X-ray was priceless.

Hey A/C, they must be in the wrong part of the state. Up here in the NE corner it's alot better......... more cows than pigs. It was beautiful here today near the Mississippi.................... only 102 degrees and 80% humidity. Being from Florida you should know how that felt. But if you were here we'd spot you right away, only olllllllllllllllllllllddddd wrinkly people live in Florida! According to the latest reports, the SW corner of the state is still having flooding issues.
