Tore the rear end up on my m1009. I'm not looking to swap axles and keep it cheap. It's going up for sale after this fix. In your opinion what is the better option? Rebuilding what I have or finding a good used one. Trying to keep it as cheap as possible. Also if you have one for sale let me know

Both alternator pulleys were fine. It was the crankshaft fan and PS that were the culprits. The crankshaft pulley is a pain in the ass to get it cleaned up. I didn't have room to get my die grinder in there so had to use a small wire brush.... Good lesson learned lol. Buy new! Sent from my...

sorry for the late reply. Im on nights this week and I don't do much during the day but sleep. I checked it all out again. this time on ALT 2 I had 31 volts while running. think we got the culprit. Ill be ordering a rebuild kit tonight. everything else voltage wise is looking good.
