Looks like the 6.2 is 143hp and 240 ft lbs where as the 4.3 is 190 hp and 253 ft lbs....by the numbers I don't see an issue.

So after selling my bobber and having some play cash Westech and I worked out a deal on his CUCV 1.5 (AKA K3500 frame and axles with K1500 body). I purchased the truck and a crate 6.2 motor off of him with intentions being to swap out the 4.3 here this spring/summer. The truck already has a 5...

Well I got my LDS on GL for $620. I couldn't tell you about pulled/running LDT's maybe 300-500? That would be a shot in the dark.
