The wagner interchange is F746 and that the 37317 is a direct interchange. Will be watching to see if your 37317 pistons are inverted.

Check your fuel shut off solenoid for power and ground. It's on the governor. If you have it there it's not the switch but check it when it does the problem that way you know.

My apologies I overlooked the same fact that I already stated that it was for the transmission. I was thinking of a 3126 this is used for the fuel injection. Got them crossed.

If it is the Allison automatic then yes this is correct. This part would also be available through a CAT dealership. Usually just need engine info. Serial number and some times ratings.

They sure do. They have a locknut in them though have to knock that lose to get the old ones off then once the new ones are threaded in about the same depth tighten down the lock nut.

They usually go by the vehicle and or they will ask you to send them a picture of the Chambers to match them up. Like I said they are very knowledgeable. I was impressed with their abilities after many failures with other parts distributors.
