Anyone Using MRAP Air Dryer In M939 Series Truck

I installed one three days ago. Instead of drilling 3 holes I decided to buy the $30 bracket from NAPA. If you use the NAPA bracket, remember to attach the bracket to the air dryer first. Also, I had to reuse one of the fittings (looked like brass) from the OEM air dryer. It was about an...

Bottom of air dryer leaking. In parking lot

Update. I replaced the original air dryer with a new Bendix and used a mounting adapter from NAPA. Almost a bolt off/bolt on project. Required just a bit of thinking...fortunately. Thanks again for all the help.

Bottom of air dryer leaking. In parking lot

Bottom of air dryer leaking. In parking lot

That didn't stop the dryer leak. When I shut the engine down, I heard what sounded like a new leak under the engine cowling. It was this (photo). Coming through one of the holes, not the liNe connections. I'll admit I'm no mechanic, but with help from the site i've been able to maintain it...

Not yet. Can I push the heck out of it. I tried without the wd-40 and it didn't budge. Have wd-40 now. About to try it.
