    Need Advice for New Batteries

I did a quick search but didn't really see any recent threads that had what I wanted. Need opinions of the best, most cost effictive batteries to use for a Deuce. Mine are dead, dead, dead, and I need to get it running ASAP. Need something strong and realiable that won't break the bank. Any...

    Lifting and 53's

What is a 2 1/2 inch spring lift? I was planning on an air bag rear suspension so lifting the rear is no harder than stock height. If I could get away with 2 1/2 inch lift and the front wasn't a big deal to fabricate, I just might have to use my 53's.

    Lifting and 53's

Is a 4" lift enough. I decided against using the 53's I bought because I was told that I needed an 8" lift. Since I haven't been able to sell the tires I might reconsider if a 4" works??

    southern MICHIGAN show/swap RSVP ?

I hope to be able to make it but unsure if it will be possible. Have some M37 parts I need to sort through and maybe drag my 53" Michelins along just in case. Is there a web site available with information on fees and such?

    I started bobbing too

I believe that you could use the 105 springs with the same hangars as the Deuce front springs or make your own duplicates. Wouldn't that eliminate the need to stack frames or to use lift blocks? I wanted to use a shortened drop side for mine but couldn't find one so ended up with a M105...

    bobbing our m109

THe problem seems to be proximity. I had some interest but don't have a way to remove it other than to drop it on the ground and it isn't currently licensed to drive it someplace to have it removed. Mine has been damaged on both rear corners so I decided it would be worth more as a ground...

    bobbing our m109

I tried to find a buyer for my 185 box with no luck either. I have decided to drop it off out behind the barn and use it for operting the fuel ethanol still I am building and for the WMO centrifuge. Keeps the potentially dangerous and messy operations out of my garage and barn.

    Deuce door decals

It has been a few years since I had my old Dump Truck licensed as farm/log but I thought there were some pretty restrictive requirements for where you could drive. Seemed to me that it was between the fields you were working and a limited drive distance. What are the current restrictions for a...

    Private Michigan Fuel Blender License?

Been doing a little research on this myself. This is what I get from the state website: When is a blenders license required? The Department is currently licensing only those who are blending a taxable product with an untaxed product. These licensing requirements could change if the department...

    WVO or Biodiesel?

The one I was most interested in was a Freedom Fueler with heater and drywash which retails for almost $4500. The guy was taking a big loss but from what I am seeing here it is still not worth messing with. I will stick with Plan A which is to build a centrifuge set up and just run the oil...

    WVO or Biodiesel?

The one I was looking at was a complete purchased 40 gal unit including dry wash, 200-300 gals of WVO, and was advertised at $1000. There is another one closer that is 80 gals without the dry wash but it is $1200. Both sell online for over $4000. One lost interest and the other sold his...

    WVO or Biodiesel?

Thanks for the insight. Hard to believe people are spending so much on Biodiesel processors if it doesn't work any better than just burning the WVO. The deuce I understand being that it is multifuel but I didn't know that other diesel engines ran as well on WVO as biodiesel.

    WVO or Biodiesel?

I ran across a pretty good deal on a Biodiesel processor and 300 gals of WVO. I have been investigating alternative fuels and was wondering if there are advantages to making the WVO into Biodiesel or if I would just be better off with a centrifuge and running filtered WVO or WMO mixed with...

    Clepto's Bobber

So how long did it take you to get out. Looks like you were digging through the snow pretty well (at least down).
