I suppose it is possible to have a big flamming explosion, anybody every have one with diesel fuel? I personally wouldn't want them on the front myself.

Had a set a few years ago and would never buy them again. Got 25K out of them. Replaced them with Yokahamas geolander AT and got 60k only rotating them twice. Just put on some Hankook MT's and so far so good

Here is how mine turned out. about 70 bucks worth of stuff. Im going to improve the mounting later but it works good now. No over lap the seams are butt welded with a tig welder.
