Man, I am glad we are back!

On my M35a3 bumper is: 136 CSSB 132 QM HQ 002 I believe this is the North Dakota National Guard’s 136th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion, 132nd Quartermaster Company.

Just wondering if anyone has tried running there M35a3 without the CTIS wheel covers? The reason I ask is that I have a little wobble, I can feel it more on sharper turns when doing higher speed. From the research I have done the cover weighs 3.57 lbs. and the over all imbalance of all CTIS...

So it was turned into an a3 in 1997? Is there a way to tell the original year that it was made, before the conversion?
