Thanks!! there is 24V to the solenoid/pump and it doesn't click. With the lid off of the solenoid and the wires plugged in, if you move the start switch to start, should you something move? Is this something that may be stuck or frozen that can be cleaned and reset?

Thx. Got the plate off and gasket material scraped off around the plate. Can’t get rid to set fully in shaft, it sticks out about a quarter inch at most. Should be able to bolt up with little resistance.

Got it off. No gasket between plate and block. Is there supposed to be one or just a little RTV

How do you get the plate off

I don't see a plate behind the pump. Is it bolted in or held in by RTV? Can it be coerced with a rubber mallet?

I had posted earlier about inquiring about shelters. What kind are they etc. A member inquired about availability and the post was deleted. If that is against the rules, how does someone go about getting information on different equipment.

I posted previously about my 92 998 with the stock 6.2 having a non start issue after the freeze in February. I checked fuel pump, power to IP, glow plugs etc and everything checked fine. I checked the batteries and they tested out at 12.1 volts and 12.5 volts. I assumed that if the batteries...

I checked the power at the IP and there is 24 volts but I do not hear any clicking except from the inside of the cab.

When I turn the ignition switch on you can hear the clicking inside. I’ll check voltage at 54 if it’s not raining tomorrow. The truck has hardly ever run a full tank because I hardly have time to drive it due to work.
