I moved mine forward, and lifted it 2" with fullsize cherokee springs. Dont know exactly how far forward it moved it,I would guesd at least 1.5" all I did was use the adjuster to make up the differe nce

I experimented tonight by putting my old Cherokee springs under the 1008. Got about 2-3" lift for free! Just have to put longer shocks on. Also moved the axle forward almost 2". To dark for pics at the moment.

What year,and what kind of truck did you get the column out of?

Would the card being bad make it to where the wait to start light and plug relay won't work?Even if I ground the light blue wire on the relay it doesn't "clunk". I've tried 3 different relays. All the same.

I'm trying to troubleshoot a glow plug relay problem,and when I search certain terms it comes up with something that's not at all related. Is there a better way to search than just "glow plug relay"?

It didn't look like that. I took the whole thing out to get to the back. I wish I would've left it alone. Fuel gauge is nice to have.

I got some barrels from work to start collecting WMO. The only closed top ones we had at the time are soy lecithin and soybean oil. Do I need to clean them out? A lot of cleaning or a little?

The 1008 I bought earlier came without a wiper swith,turn signal lever. Found a lever lying around, but need wiper switch. My question is, which one do I need? O'reillys has two different ones, and autozone has three. And why so much? If I can use one out of a tilt, cruise truck, I could try...
