It's been over ten years since I restored an M135 that I've since sold, but I think the pins are just standard clevis pins. They have a rounded (dome shaped) head on one end and a hole for a cotter pin on the other end.

Four out of five plastic motors I bought didn't work. The fifth one quit within minutes of installation!

Could you elaborate on the "no inspection required for Military or ex Military vehicles in NJ" ? I have a M1009 and M1008 here in NJ and had them inspected, once. I'd be interested in reading and possibly obtaining Ganns Law Books.

All I could find for my M1008 was M800 covers, so I bought one and put it on. The main problems were in the curtain twist ties. The M1008 twists did not line up with the curtain slots on the front and rear panels, so I forced as many as I could on the front and lucky me had a M880 rear twist...
My originals got ripped up by my Malinois dog and I could not find replacements, so I called Judy at New Life Rescources. Since she did not make these, she agreed to use what I had as a pattern, make me a set at discount and use the pattern for future sales. Call her at: 1-802-827-6124 (VT)
