I guess there was a lack of communication, I will not be pull starting it. I am currently only trying to turn the motor over with as breaker bar or pry bar. Then once I know its not seized will diagnose the starter issue.

Okay so I should take stuff like that from the TM's at face value? How would the tires slip if the transfer case is in neutral?
