    Lighter wheels improve spin up and braking performance. It would be interesting to know what the weight savings would be.

    for 3.08 gears, guttless, you can always shift down for more power. But definately guttless.

    A singled/bobbed 900 series would be nice but the cost might be NOT. It is above my budjet. I will stick with the simple older models, 809's.

    1) 40 years old and still built better than any new rig. 2) Simple equals dependable 3) You can buy many Deuces for the price of one new pickup that is junk. 4) Best camping rig ever, (need bows and canvas.) 5) Cool factor is around 11 or 12 on a scale of 10.

    How do you prefer your deuce?

    It Depends on the mission: Naked, Hydro bed lift/dump, usable utility for material and debris. OR, Sides rolled up, loaded with goats for market. OR, Top on with end panels for camping. I too need three.
