I have taken ones like yours to a auto/boat upholstery shop and they can stitch a similar flexible rubber piece in place instead of teh hard plastic. Works well.

The black color in the pattern is to help blend in to shadows. YOu could go with 4 color camo like on the original brochure for CUCV's.

The white one is my first one it is the 1984 it used to be my daily driver. The tan one is teh '85. Both pics are from a few years ago and both need new paint jobs. The white one will get converted back to mil config with green based camo.

I am not 100% sure that it is a SAW can as I never sawit filled with bullets. I think some people refer to them as a Fat 50.

I put a SAW ammo can in my truck to hold tools & etc. If you do this make sure you clear the left ledge when opening the can up.

I sold a set with the bulkhead rack @ 2 yrs ago for $200. (your set seems to be missing teh front bulkhead) Are you willing to trade for 105 sides? I have a bunch of take off 105 sides but may be a little far for a tradeoff.
