Look for Beltfed34 on Ebay he has a lot of different brake handles listed. Some look close to the kind needed on M101 rtailers and may work.

Roling up the sides When you roll them up roll to the inside so if you leave it like that long, rain water will not build up in the roll. The post corners should have straps to hookl on the outside.

Printed circuit board Contact LMC for a circuit board. I had to replace mine a few years ago in my 84 an dthey had one. If you pull the cluster you can get the part # off the circuit board itself.
