from my understanding, Because they do not carry or meet all of the safety features and standards as a Civi vehicle, such as Air bags, impact resisitant bumpers, side impact bars, 3rd brake light, etc.... they are not considered safe on federal highways, as such... they will never be allowed...

Is it not fessible to run a turbo and a 700 with 37" tires and 4.56 gears at highway speeds safely.. and not drastically shorten the life of the 6.2L?:deadhorse:
