Have this unbloted and all wires removed. Now it is so tight under there we can't pull it out. How is it done? Also I have a spare starter for my 1009 we were going to put in the 1028 but it looks smaller. Is there a diffrence? Thanks for your help.
I replaced the card a while back with a temp switch. I can't hear the click now when I throw the switch so I am thinking my plugs are dead. Just want to get ideas before tearing it all apart.
Crawled under it and there is about 1/16 to 1/8 inch play left and right, the U joint closest to the tranny has a fresh piece of metal missing. Looks like it is time for some new ones. Glad this happened at home and not in the desert.

Ok, bought new batterys for our truck and installed them. Truck ran great with no issues. Went to start truck and turned on key, everything cycled as normal. Turn to the start position and it melts the positive post on the rear battery. It arched. Where do I start looking for the issue? Was...
