What turret cover plate do I have? And, whhich do I need?

Did you try rotating it? The holes are not evenly spaced, it only goes on one way. Edit: just realized your plate has 16 holes, so not sure about that. Its clearly not for an m1151. Mac motors has the correct aluminum plate for your truck, and they are reasonably priced.

Any issues with running old surplus 37’s

In addition to what others have said, keep the runflats installed. If you do have a blowout, it will be much less catastrophic. I'm running 2015ish MTR's and they look like new, not a crack to be seen.

    AMGeneral Tailgate logo decal

The early tailgates with the logo are embossed in the metal. I dont know of any decals available to match that look, but I havent looked. Maybe try ebay? From what I understand, when humvees started being used in combat roles the government didnt want brand names on them, so they stopped...

    Frame Paint options

I use rustoleum camo black for small touch ups. Its a good match and extremely flat (flatter than regular rustoleum "flat" paint). It blends right in.

Any tips on removing turret ring?

I dont want to admit how much I just spent installing one of those...:( OP, the trick is to keep the roof adapter on (they are impossible to find) and install a turret.

    First post M1151A1

For the front AC, its probably the heater core valve as you suspect. You can temporarily install a 1/2" pex ball valve to troubleshoot. If that fixes it, you can either replace the automatic valve with a new one (expensive) or do what I did and install a cable actuated valve from an m998.

    Serpentine Belt Size

This. Also, you should clean up your wiring before you have a fire.

Fill Jet A1 into the humvee?

Sounds like something you'd find in the personal health aisle. 🤣

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

Looking really good! Almost reminiscent of an uparmored humvee. Cant wait to see the final result.

    6.2L Water pump leaking M998

The water pump mounts with an adapter plate. I recommend getting a new plate. As for the pump itself, I dont have the p/n on hand but be careful because the 6.2 and 6.5 are reverse from eachother. EDIT: Another member pointed out it depends on v-belt vs serpentine, not 6.2 vs 6.5 MAC motors...

    Windshield retainer question

I have no bottom retainers on my m1151, and no issues so far.

    Windshield retainer question

Please dont drill holes in your m1151 windshield frame. If you dont have the right retainers I would strongly suggest modifying the retainer and not your truck.

    Wiring Question on M1165

Oh, forgot you were going through a converter, so my last comment doesnt apply. To answer your question, that depends on the radio, but I wouldnt exceed 14.5v.

What have you done to your HMMWV today/lately

You might be right. I know there is a magnesium 3-piece run flat, so I was thinking maybe there is a way.

Crazy thought...what if you cut the run flat into two pieces?

Newer style blue body mount isolators

"New" is a relative term. Newer than the old black ones? Or newer than the defective blue ones? If you want a straight answer I would just purchase them from Craig at Mac Motors.
