Now that I am aware of the fact that "we" were thinking (that's rare) of doing another cookout. I will be there, if additional equipment is needed for this years menu I will have it, or a reasonable facsimile of same, whatever that means.
I look forward to the Spring Rally.

The M109A3 is in rebuild status. I used my M185A3 for the rolling kitchen. Silly details, who can tell the difference, most can not.
On my side of the coin, the time, effort, and money, I spent to acquire the equipment necessary was well worth it.
I am now set for similar sized gatherings if...

I live not far from donnerwetter58 and will be heading out Friday, unless I decide to leave Thursday right after work. The after work thing would put me on the road about 18:00 hrs.
Friday morning has no set time at the moment.
I have (2) six foot tables in the truck, I can add a third if need be. Chairs I am not much help with, I could bring eight metal folders in addition to my three plastic chairs.
I will require three watts for a wood gas cook stove for Saturday night dinner. I will have batteries, inverters, and a small (3000 watt) generator on hand to get it done just in case I am too far away. Yea, I know, I backup my backups. Two is one and one is none.
I am excited. Mud is not a problem. My 185 stays parked, most trails do not have the clearance required for the box. So I bring support stuff and ride along with others when possible. We will see. Mud pillows optional.
