Wow, when did Andy get his web page built? Andy and his dad are great to work with. They had my 11.00x20s loaded onto my trailer faster then I could get the straps out.
That looks great. Where did you source the rims and tires? That would be a great look for my 109. I like your exhaust elbow as well. Looks like it was there from the factory.
Just leave the 12v gound terminal empty, of if you like run it to your chassis. You would use your chassis for your ground on your equipment. If you take your multimeter at your +12v and your chassis, you should see that you have 12vdc without the 12v ground connected to anything.
a buddy of mine heats his pool that way. He got a discounted big glass front door mounted in a box. He runs black hose around inside the door and mounted the entire thing on the roof of his house. He then pumps water from the pool and back.
I am not sure how hot the returning water is...
Short trailers can really make you look like a newb. Worse yet, try it with an m109. You can only see the darn trailer, after it has already turned too far. As long as I do not see the trailer, I am backing it straight. I think I am going to mount a jerry can on each side toward the back...
I have 3 of those in my M109a3. Two up front, one in the back. You can find them on ebay for under $11 shipped. Works great on my GPS, Phone, 12volt cooler, inverter, etc.
I bash the 6.2, I have owned them before. They are slow, weak for pulling, and loud. But they are reliable, great mileage and cheap and easy to work on. I still bash them, but I like them at the same time. If I had more garage space, I would have a CUCV.
It was kinda cool back when I...
awesome.
I want to mod my 105 with some flags or something to stick out wider so I can see the dang thing when trying to back it up. The 109 box is too big to see the trailer back there.
I use mine for the 4wheeler, generator, and anything else I need to carry that does not need to be...
Drain your tanks after you park it every time. Get out the TMs on operation. Reach in from behind the spare tire to get to the drains on the air tanks.
Also, per the TMs, adjust your parking brake correctly. You will loosen the handle first, then have to get under the truck and adjust the...
Lock the hubs when you think or know you want 4wd. Shift into 4hi in anygear, anytime really. But to shift into or out of 4 low you will need to be in neutral.
How exactly is that pulling on the cotter key? The force is on the ring, the ring is against the frame mount. You might want to tell the DOD of this cotter key side load problem, as the TM-55-2320-289-14 Commercial Utility Cargo Vehicle (CUCV) Manual shows using the front tie downs to...
