I just moved to Pennsylvania and the truck does not want to start in this cold with motor oil in the tank so I am going to drain it all and throw some kerosene in it to get it running and then switch to straight diesel. I am also considering taking the plug out and put a 250 watt block heater in...
I am not able to loosen the plug located at the bottom of the fuel tank. It already started to break when I tried to loosen it. I am trying to figure out my options right now. I think I am going to have to drill it out. Does anyone know the measurement for the plug? Any other ideas would be great.
First off i have tried to search for this and only got more confused. I am trying to figure out what is involved to recenter LMTV rims? They seem very similar to the HEMTT wheels. So do the plates used for the HEMTT wheels work? How do you bypass the hose for the CTIS? Any other suggestions like...

Basically what is happening as I drive the deuce the brakes stiffen up and build pressure. I was driving it last week and had to occasionally stop and crack the brake bleeder open to release the pressure and then it would be fine for a while. I was just wondering what could possibly be going...

I was just wondering if anyone could show some of the cool modifications they did or want to do in the bed of their truck. For example fuel storage, camping ideas or tools. I heard one guy on here talking about a hammock in the back but haven't seen any pics. I also saw a couple cool hoists...
I am looking to remove the axle all together. I believe what u guys are saying when I was looking at the leaf springs it looked like since it was clamped in the center the two sides would be independent. I thought I could remove the axle and all I would have would be the leaf spring sticking...
