Having this exact same problem right now. 2H will not stay in gear, 4L works like a charm. We had it on the pit at Papabear's compound yesterday and thought we had it solved, On the way home it slipped out of 2H at least a dozen times..... any cucv guru's in GA?
Yeah I know exactly where it is, we had some discussions with your unit a few years back for building a UAV flight line for 3-3. I'm no longer stationed at Benning just passing through due to TDY school at FT Rucker. You really do need to link up with Papabear and his crew here in Columbus...
Try contacting CW5 Johns at: Kim.Johns@mil.state.or.us Should be easy enough to tweak your resume to better reflect your experience. You do have valuable experience you know! It's not all about shooting, even the army, NG, Reserves has mechanics and stuff. I'd take a few pictures of your...
Well we are stopped in Salina, KS making 1800 miles behind us with the Rockies and Continental Divide behind us as well. Should be able to make Alabama by tomorrow night that will be our lay-over point for Christmas before making our way down to Papabear's AOR (Columbus, GA).

I've been busy getting both trucks ready for the cross-country move, in fact going to Mike's (AMRAM) house today to swap a trans/torque converter on the CUCV. Tomorrow or Monday I'm meeting with Dwayne to place new kingpins, and bearings on the CUCV too. Dan helped me finish up the heater...
Another option is to hammer a wooden dowel rod into each end of the conduit, drill a hole all the way through and use a pin to secure it. For now I used the hose clamp, I still have another full day's work to the cover as I have to mount/secure the front and back of the cover.

They were posted already but here they are again with a explanation too. I ran the angle iron over the stake pockets, then had to drill the holes for the bows(series of smaller holes then dremmel tooled out). The hose clamps is what sets the height of bow.
