I would have loved to do the complete underside also... but just no way I could. If I ever do a resto where the body comes off... I will. But, not with this truck.
Yes, the wires coming into the back of the switch. When you take the switch out... it is just one plug left hanging there.

My M1109 will be completely lined on the outside and also the inside up to the firewall and the tub sides.
Outside will be black on the bottom and OD green on the top half.
Everything worked.... then a fuse went and took out all lights and the horn.
I just replaced all the fuses in the in fuse block, and the flasher relay because the one fuse that caused my problem melted. so, I changed them all to make sure all were in good working order.
Now... no blinkers or...
Turned out it was not the switch, but a blown fuse.
But, for those that wanted to know...
orange to orange w/black tracer
and
white to white w/white tracer
This will jump out the switch and allow everything to work.
I agree 100% here. I did the interior of my old Wrangler a long time ago in Rhino, well had someone do it. Tuned out great.
Then I did the lower 1/2 of my old Suburban in Herculiner rolled on by me. Was way harder to get a thick coat like the commercially done places get. And didnt last no...
Turns out I no longer need a switch. It was a fuse that didnt quite blow as it should it. Fuse actually melted before it blew... connection would come and go.
So, swapped out all fuses for new ones.
But, now no turn signals. :x
For those that wanted to know... to jump out the black out...
With my M1008 I have got anywhere from 12.4 to 17.0 mpg with it. Faster I go, the worse it gets.
With the M1009 on the first tank, I got 20.4mpg. That is with a mix of city and highway.
Getting a lot of flex with a spring lift is doable... but then add that size of tire... and to not get it to rub... its doable but will take a real nice leaf setup to make it work correctly.
