Looks like a nice truck, Kenny hauled my M1009 from McCoy about a month ago. It is really nice to drive and the brakes work better on it than my 2002 Avalanche! I only had to replace the wiper motor and all of the dry rotted tires. Been driving it to work everyday.

My daughter is going to be a senior next year in college and needs a car. I told her she can use my M1009, she laughed! I guess the smile on my face gave it away!

I made sure I previewed all the trucks that I was interested in at Ft McCoy. I had a list of 14 1009's that looked good, out of that 14 I only bid on three of them and eventually got the best one of the three for $3200. The mileage shown on the odometer doesn't mean low mileage, one of the 14...

I think my tach cable mount is seeping too, at least it's not dripping oil. Just another thing to add to the list.

Viton 227 and 230 were the numbers. I just need to get the size of the small o-ring on the fuel shufoff rod.

My friend kennys@wi.rr.com had a great post on working on the HH on your IP. He just recently helped me out a lot diagnosing and fixing my same exact leak. I would post the link but I can't do it right now, just look for the thread under his name. My truck was just leaking fuel not oil at...

My compressor base gasket was leaking real bad and I thought of the oil pan gasket too. But I always start from the top down when looking for leaks. With my heater assembly in place it was really hard to see. Needless to say I removed it from the truck now.

I got to Poof's at about 5:30 and missed some of you guys, hopefully the weather will be a little more friendly in the fall. If it's any consolation Kenny, Wes and I had a convoy of three for a few miles as we left Poof's last night.

I got my Deuce home today and low and behold it has a fuel leak, not too bad but bad enough for me to smell it. Kenny if you need a lug wrench just give me a call.

It looks like I won't make it on Saturday until after 6pm. :(:( On a lighter note, I get to pick up my Deuce from storage on sunday! My Deuce looks really different with the dual wheels.

I already have a nice Deuce, so I thought I needed another vehicle. One which my wife or daughter could drive easily. Out of all the Blazer's that I previewed on Tuesday I only bid on this one because it was very clean and looked like it had a nice life. My friend Kenny is going to pick it up...
