    Had some big end/conrod to crank bearings arrive today for the LDT4651C and they are in a box saying "WILDCAT ENGINE BEARINGS" . each shell is wrapped in paper saying wildcat bearings.     sprag gear transfercase question

    this is wrong.The sprag will operate in reverse and as soon as you pull back into neutral and then consequently any forward gear it then changes back again= its not a forward or 1st gear thats selects it ,its the neutral position, hence if you sit in neutral and stationary your sprag is engaged...

    fitted my turbo back last march on the 816. Not done as many miles as Jwallers but makes the 816 a pleasure to drive now and lets the cummins really hang on when working and as a bonus sounds awesome.
