PNW-2012-Fourth Annual Chehalis River Valley M/V Convoy & Campout

I have pry bars, screw drivers, a pick, hammers, pieces of angle iron, a tractir, and a excavator. I thought the excavator would of done it. But no. I have a hard time believing its so difficult. Im getting help from a tire guy tomorrow. Maybe his fancy tools are better than 11000 pounds of...

    MY Airpack Rebuild with Photos!

I doubt it. You would of had to have brake fluid in the airpack for that to happen. And like I say mine had the same stuff.. if it would of had globs of that crap on the wet side of the air pack then silicone and organic fuilds mixing could of been the cause. I'm sure that goop is a lubricant...

    MY Airpack Rebuild with Photos!

Thats pretty impressive. I soak mine for a while and got it on but it was so tight it rolled on me and broke when I tried to get it to sit flat. I also lubbed with brake fluid, but only the wet side of the air pack. I hope brake fluid is okay for those felts on the dry side. Im guessing your...

    MY Airpack Rebuild with Photos!

I would assume the "fatty" substance is an O-ring type of lubricant. Mine was the same except more of it. And you sould order some up for the rebuild. Parker O-lube is what I think I used. And I put it on thick. Its similar to the texture of petroleum jelly but a bit more stickey. It wont damage...

    Am I Nuts?

Before using dot 5, make sure dot 5 is what's in the truck to start. And do a remote reservoir. You want to make sure your son can stop his big truck...

left front headlight burning out frequently

I think if you had a charging voltage high enough to burn out a headlight repeatedly, it would burn out the other. Same with the vibration caused by idle speed. Vibration issues caused by improper or bad mounting/mounts could be isolated to just one side.

left front headlight burning out frequently

Heck, my 2 cents are worth so little I **** near have to pay to get rid of them. However I fully agree with the ground at least being a possibility. It was also my first thought

PNW-2012-Fourth Annual Chehalis River Valley M/V Convoy & Campout

 Thats not being harsh at all! Trust me. Thats why I stopped shopping there. The shoppers at costco, even as rude as they can be, dont deserve me being "harsh". Also I try to take the deuce up to the gravel pit any weekend its not raining. So you you like shooting your always welcome to...

    Bellingham deuce

Thats a good point. It would be nice to make the trip with someone that wont outrun me. But I will have to make 100 percent sure I will be able to make it. And I might have to shake him down just a bit before the invite. I would want to invite any unscrupulous characters. But hey if he drove a...

    Bellingham deuce

Thats kind of funny cause I am parked next to a primary school also. But I already found out who it was. It sure is a small town. Im just hopping the guys reputation isnt accurate. Last thing I need is for people to be talking about "the guy in the big army truck" in the way I've heard people...

    Bellingham deuce

If any of you SS members happened to be driving your deuce though bellingham today I want to say thanks for making my heart fall through my butt I just got a tiny glimpse of it as I was sitting at the gas station a block from my house. And for a split second I really did think someone had stolen...

8 weeks and still no insurance!

I do have insurance on my car. But only because washington state makes me. It doesnt however make me have insurance on my 20000 harley (well when I had one) and if I'm not required by law I would rather not pay for it. Mostly because the rates I could of bought me a few houses by now.

8 weeks and still no insurance!

Why would you insure a motorcycle? Do you have to do that where you live?
