If I heard correctly GL stopped cancelling sells that went past 60 days. My last went 90 business days and was not my first. I finally called battle creek and had euc in under a week. Don't worry but the wait will make you a nervous wreck

I never force mine on the upshift or downshift. I just let it fall in when it is ready. Yeah may want to drain and fill with gl-1 just to know that is not the problem. Careful on the downshift and don't overrev the multifuel.

The springs are not really wrong they're not really right either. I've rebuilt wheel cylinders on my trucks and installed the WRONG springs and enjoyed many years of trouble free driving. And yes I completely agreee with Gimpy on the mc valve. I cut the line 2 inches from my mc cap and pinched...
I noticed those tires-probably outlast most of our trucks. There are some nos hardtops for sale somewhere and seems like they are asking 1000-1500. Maybe you can contact the individual and cut a deal as I don't think they'll sell to many at that price. Definately make a cool camper/mv.
Have fun, CT

If he added a remote reservoir chances are he doesn't have a vent line like the normal setup which should not cause a problem. The fluid is going somewhere. I would suspect a leaky connection in the lines to your remote. If not start crawling under your truck and visually inspect all the lines...
I've had deuces over the years that just about all but refused to start in the cold. The manifold heater has a thermal switch that will not let it operate until temp reaches 20 or below but I don't have much faith in it either way. The either start also has a thermal switch that reads coolant...
Very Very Very nice! I feel your pain. The one in my avatar I picked up from gl in Pa. in june 2008 and took it home and tore it completely apart. Spent the whole summer blasting and sanding and finally ready for paint in early october. When it waas done I felt like I had hit the lottery. But...
