Yeah the temp gauge wont move until you start driving. It should run just under 200. If not up to temp you are not getting thermal expansion which causes wear to the pistons and cylinder walls. If I were you I would keep the 211 and sell it yourself and then go look for a m35 in descent shape. 10 new 900-20s bought and put on will roughly be around $1500.00. I just got mine. You could definately do better somewhere else but goodluck eitherway! Just my 2cents. Don't rush into anything! CT

My ether canister ran out last year so I would spray ether in the mushroom and walk around and get in deuce and hit the switch and off she went. No need to pull mushroom just spray in the mushroom. CT
