anyone have a 5ton transfer case in the nj area?? mine blew a bearing any ideas?? need to have it together by sunday!!! any ideas?????

well pulled it apart and found the problem!! the bearing on the input shaft is cageless!! kinda sucks cause theres no way to fix by sunday!! i would call it the low gear idler bearing??

whats involved in fixing this one??

any idea where to get a transfer case for the 5 ton?? think i may have a bad bearing!! was changing the oil and found some parts!!!

think spot welds would work??

well in my truck its 4 to 5 hrs to my school and rausch creek is about 2 hrs away from penn college of technology. i kinda have to stay at school till friday because of class!! but i figure one day is more than enough fun!! ill prolly leave about 5am on sat morning! unless we have a big party up...

hey guys!! i'm in need of 2 solid front axle boots for my 5 ton!! i hate the zipper idea!! the axle seals went so i need to replace them. so i figured while i was in there that i would do the boots!! any leads???

yes the rear hubs are flipped!! well the trucks purpose is for fun. i got bigger trucks for hauling heavy stuff. ya the intake cap has been flipped the right way now!!! and ill work on those fender pics!!! kinda busy just got outta school and starting my summer job!!!

pulled it apart today in shop and rebuilt it. had a bad o-ring leak free now!!! next thing I need to do is build a dual feed line for the back of the head!!! thanks guys!!!

ok guys here goes..... i need an emergency fuel shut off valve. the one that the emergency shutdown cable attaches to on the fuel pump. any help would be great!!! thanks, Bart
