    6.5L Turbo refit

If your handy with a welder, you can retain your stock mech lift pump and still have the oil drain in that spot. I did this on my 6.2 using the exact turbo setup your looking at.

    Leaf Spring Bushing R&R

They went pretty easy. As mentioned, the frame bushings for the front were a pain to remove. Alot of time with a chisel and hammer to get them out. Just have to finish up rebuilding the steering components and the front should be done

The Hobart/Wisconsin setup runs and is governed at 1800rpm, the engine is Wisconsin Model VG4D, 37hp. There website says its power output at 1800 rpms, is 32hp, and 23.9 KW. Looks like they can run out to 2400rpm if desired

    Contact Maintenance Trailer

That's stock A2 axle and frame, I think its the way the pics taken. The led lights fit great, all I had to do was remove the 4" rounds, level the lights, mark and drill the holes. Alot better imho than the old 4" rounds. I'll look into the blocks, had limited time with the crane to move it

    Contact Maintenance Trailer

Thanks to a break in the weather, I was able to get my M116A2 stripped down and set the M887 box on it. Following Kenny's lead, we set it all the way back on the trailer. While I still need to bolt it down and hook up the wires, a couple observations. First: My box is still equipped with the...

    Leaf Spring Bushing R&R

Tore out the front springs from my '53 M37 so I could get them re-arched and rebuilt for 2"lift. Noticed upon removal the pins were worn, as well as the bushings them selves. Ive got new pins, bushings and outer shackles order and headed my way, have some NOS inner shackles on my shelf waiting...

    Outfitting M1031 SECM

I got a packing list when I bought my M887. Came in a camo folder, with shipping doc and other paperwork. I'll see if I can scan them and try to post them

    Outfitting M1031 SECM

Seems you could mount it between the box and cab, unless it doesn't have the reach to clear the box while operating it.

    Outfitting M1031 SECM

Kenny, if you can find them photo chopped pics, please post them. I'd thought a SECM on a duece would look pretty cool, and be handy too

    116A3 tool trailer

Which style tool bed? I've been thinking of a similar idea, using my M887 box on a M116A2 chassis I have floating around. Kinda like Kenny did some time ago

    R-2 crash truck

Rim selection is limited. There was a run of 1 piece rims, believe by GKN, that fit, but the center drop that was built in it won't clear the disc brake conversation, so keep that in mind. VPW has a 17" single piece wheel, but there pushing $400 apiece. A few guys have re centered HMMVW rims so...

Drive shaft brake for 205 t-case

Are you running one of there cables, or modifying the existing parking cable? Looking at this setup for my M37 project, since I lost the original drum/band setup in conversion

    New M880

The Chevy wheels may or may not fit, depends on the center opening. You need 4-3/4", preferably 4-7/8" opening. The ford rims won't work either, cause in '99 they went to a metric bolt pattern. Rims you can use, Pre '97 Ford F250/350 or van Any current Dodge D/W 250/350 will bolt on, second...

    New M880

I ran some Goodyear Wranglers last winter, LT245/75/R16, got threw the snow pretty good. The old plow truck had 9.50/16.5 Goodyear Wranglers that came off my M887 when I bought back in '09. Weather checked bad, but I tubed em and ran em several seasons locally

    4bt in 1009

I have an after cooler for a 4bt, with the injection lines if interested, or end up not being able to locate an intercooler that will fit

    Another M1008 700r4 Project

I wonder what the reasoning for gutting the wiring and solenoids? I bought a 2wd diesel version for my M37 project, when the guy was rebuilding it, same thing, all the wiring and lock up stuff had been cut, but left inside
