Ford had the hi boy in 77 my grandpa had one don't know if it was military but it had 16.5 inch some other odd stuff the lockout hubs were alot bigger diameter other ford models and the transfer case was not bolted right to the transmission it was connacted with a small driveshaft.

No I didn't know that the fuse for the heater also had Gen 1 exciter wire. That makes since when I pulled the melted fuse out my Gen 1 light didn't light up.

It also makes the belt squeal and the volt gauge go down almost in the red. Any help would be nice

What blower motor is for the cucv. I called napa but they list a few different ones. When I turn my heat on high it makes my Gen 1 light come on and then it melts my fuse for the blower motor so I'm guessing it's the blower motor is shorted out???

I love my cucv m1008 call me crazy but I sold my powerstroke. It's so much cheaper to work on and I can do the repairs my self. Love it. Now u just need to find me a nv4500 to put in it.
