    M35A3 Air tank draining

That'd be $165 plus shipping, etc for the A3s. We've got three drains instead of just the two...

    Deuce driving tips

Good one. I've had mine slam even with them screwed down tight. I've taken to opening them a bit then turning the latch and pulling them back to rest on that. Still get air flow but no slamming risk. Even works as a defroster in light rains. I gave up and built two setups: one with a small...

Compatible transmissions for the M35a3 with the cat 3116

As a former LEO I should warn you that the rule you have stated is not absolute. It is entirely possible for the vehicle that was run into to be ticketed for causing the accident. A specific example of how this can happen is when there is a posted minimum speed limit, which these trucks would...

    DUKW Causes Heart Attack!!

My wife says "Nope, nope, nope. Donald is too temperamental and will jinx the truck. Plus its too pretty. Needs to be Daisy DUKW!"

    Student film

Unfortunately only admins can change titles... Wish I could help out a fellow Wildcat, but it'd be close to a 40 hour round trip for me. Sorry man. I'll check with some non-forum AZ folks i know in case you don't get any love here...

    XM 106 E1 Trailer

I agree with Jason. Good shape water trailers are a LOT harder to find than a trailer for a generator. Please dont tear it apart just to mount a genset. If we weren't basically on opposite coasts I'd offer to trade my M105 and find you a fuel tank...

    Towing a 5 ton behind a 5 ton

You know I'm always seeing OTR semis going down the road with at least one (usually multiple) other OTRs in tow with the front axle of the ones in tow rigged on top of the 5th wheel of the truck in front. Wonder if that kind of setup would work in this case... [Edit: gunboy put it better...]

    ww2 jeep stolen

That detective came up to me on Saturday or Sunday at the airshow. Apparently she wanted me to vouch that none of the WWII jeeps we had on display was yours (of course none of them was). After we'd talked about that she started in on where you had it parked and it being keyed, etc. I informed...

    Rocky Mountain Airshow, Denver

That old grey pickup's tires still scare me. There were dry rot chunks at least 3 inches in diameter missing from the sidewall of one of the rear tires. And the guy drove it in each day! As for newest I'm pretty sure its my 109A4. Still gotta resolve the brake issue on that thing. And thanks...

    Rocky Mountain Airshow, Denver

70deuce's pic showing the guy on the bike is actually of a military battery powered bicycle. I got a chance to try the thing out and it MOVES when you hit the accelerator. People were whipping around on it all weekend.

    Rocky Mountain Airshow, Denver

last set of 'aerial' photos. I'll post a link to a high-def video of the F22 demonstration flight my wife took as soon as I edit and get it uploaded to YouTube...

    Rocky Mountain Airshow, Denver

mess hall & our cruise missile display (yes, we had to get people off it who were doing the strangelove pose). Then mini "aerial" shots from the top of my ladder. Our display area was 100' deep by 700' long. These shots are from early Sunday when the crowd was a touch lighter than the...

    ww2 jeep stolen

I'm just north of you and have been keeping an eye out since the email went out to the MVCC. Hopefully one of us will see it/them and nail these SOBs soon....

    recommend us a rally!

Not exactly a rally but still cool: Rocky Mountain Airshow on August 24, 25 and 26th at the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport. They have a good lineup this year including an F-22 Raptor demo. The Military Vehicle Collectors of Colorado (MVCC) will have an encampment at the airshow. Its our...
