What size are the rear drums for a 1986 M1009? 11 inch or 11 5/32 inch?

While having the dash off to replace the fan switch there was a bulb (looks like a migrated dash light for the fuel/speedometer) that had a loose wire. This loose wire when contacting metal would light up everything... also NDT there was a bad 20amp fuse so maybe this bad bulb caused a short...
I will put fuse/12v connected on my checklist, thank you.
I am in TM 9-2320-289-34 for the wiring harness and the path the cables are running to make sure all the connections are in order. I hope it is something as simple as a fuse or hooking up the 12v.
