I have the passenger side cupping I saw a thread that exhaust heat can cause this. I eliminated the J pipe and have just an elbow drives side has almost zero wear should I relocate exhaust to the back of cab?My tires are 14.00 20 NATO NDTs
I also forgot to mention the stock rims do not track the same in the rear if you don't flip the hubs it makes it wider.I had to flip mine back because the new m105 trailer beds have shallow fender wells.I m going to tub them very soon to flip hubs.

Ya I spoke with him he's in the process of helping me.We weren't sure if it had different grounds or not for each lever position but if the switch is faulty he's gonna send me a new one.
OK I just bought a new NewStar 3 lever switch everything works fine except I have no turn signals with headlights on.I have them with the headlights off.I don't know why can someone enlighten me as to why.I did before?

Just check to make sure you didn't damage the turbo or melt a piston glowing hot is not good for the seals or bearings would hate to see ya have a failure to or from the rally.I have some used injectors if you need them.I know your under time constraints. If ya do need them later let me know...
I've done the swap twice once with gimpy and this one solo.If you have one of those mini cameras you might be able to inspect the pistons that way but it sounds like to much fuel.I'd also look to see if any valves might be getting ready to drop is retainers letting go.
If I'm not mistaken if you don't hook up that small wire it won't charge if your new alternator doesn't have the male pig tale make sure to swap it over.
