Bikeman is correct it would have been AAA towing but there is no reason they shouldn't have let you get your truck with the proper release paperwork. I got the item number in the PM and will get CS manager to reach out to you.
call and speak with Kyle in customer service this looks to be obviously our fault with the details I have seen... We spend a significant amount of money owning up to our mistakes and take responsibility when we do. So if you would like to give me examples of how things are NEVER our fault my...
Those emails are automated they don't take into effect the euc. Ironclad assurance will be honored from the date the EUC was cleared. I have not seen us charge storage either as long as you don't let it sit a stupid amount of time. We didn't change the rules on the 916 the DLA did.
The actual title department is based out of CA, they may have been trying to get one of the customer service reps. I am kind of curious how this plays out myself... Keep me in the loop and I will keep my hands out for now.
I'm not sure where the hang up is but truckPlanet title department is the same people. We have one title department across the entire family of companies... PM me your item number and what you are being told and let me see what I can do.
We moved the backlog to FTW and our working through it now. We should be completely caught up by this time next week and at that point it should be much faster.
Since we technically buy them from the DOD our name has to be on the Sf97's. We are petitioning to change that but you know how that can go... Granted we did win our petition to start issuing Sf97's for the HMMWVs so hopefully soon. As of now your best option at that point is a transferable...
Just a heads up the Re-Assignment letters are having to be reprinted to reflect a TX notary so when you see the day the SF97 was printed and the date the letter was printed they will now be way off, trying to be proactive here so you don't think it was months difference.
.
If buyer is a US citizen, they have not been declined as of yet. We have had maybe 20 that were won by non-citizens. They were mostly in the beginning we have restricted bidding on EUC items buy IP address they must be within the US to bid so that cut way down on it.
Customer service is getting closer to the proper timeframe. The report I saw today shows the average as 12 weeks.... Customer service gets things in their head and puts on repeat have a hard time adjusting...
At times yes it has but they are doing the best they can right now as they can. Some are shorter some are longer they are a small team trying as hard as they can to keep up.
They shouldn't be saying that can you Pm me the names if you remember them... that disappoints me our customer service team is young adults fresh out of college don't think they always realize the ramifications of what they say. I am sorry on there behalf.
So starting next week we are moving the sf97 process from our CA office which handles the titling for all of our companies truckPlanet, IronPlanet, Cat auction services, kruse energy service and GP to Fort Worth. So what this does is let the SF97's be completely handled for GP alone by our...
I agree we are moving that process to ftw starting next week so right no they go to title dept which does all the titles,sf97s,bill of sales for IronPlanet, truck planet and GP. Starting next we will handle our own at GP and not mix them in with the others... Also I asked why the delays in date...
