That would be a negative as far as being sent back to us. They have access to that part of our system. They Being the TSC are the ones that actually put it through as approved. Matter of fact they don't even tell us when they do it.

The SF97 process can't start until after the EUC is complete. Yes we have some inefficiencies right now in that department I have started this week printing SF97's myself in between doing my normal job to try and help primarily due to what I see on here.

You go ahead and try busting into the TSC office and demanding answers and see how far that gets you on people that literally have zero stake in this game... I completely agree, more the motivation on why we are trying to get it fixed I promise... We saw the bump in price when we won our appeal for them to issue SF97 but what good is that if someone has to wait 10 weeks to get an EUC cleared and then the SF97 process won't start until that's done.

I can give you guys an exact average tomorrow once the system updates overnight... They are running lower than they have been, we do have a higher volume of non runners in this auction as well.

I don't, However I am the type of person that takes pride in what I do and who I work for. Which makes me frustrated when things aren't going according to plan.

Yes ballistic glass should be removed. The DLA is responsible for Demil and after we inspect they approve of every inspection to check to make sure it is good. We have seen some get through at that point we usually point it out. But being human I know they sometimes get through...

They send us the documents blank we fill them in here in Fort Worth, print reassignment, fed ex to BC they get signatures there and then get Fedex to CA to our titling dept for signatures. I have several hundred at Riley most of them are pretty beat up and Glen takes most of those. Riley has been the graveyard for sure. Its tough to sort through and find the gems. I am not sure at Hill, not enough that has had me concerned of getting rid of them.
