The EUC clog is not on us. Once again GL has a different team of TSC reps approving and they have a quarter of the volume of EUC required items that we do. I get the frustrations, I would be frustrated too. Not much else I can say. Trust me CS get tired of answering the question as well. It...
Its no worries, fact is we are always looking to improve and that is the one of the reasons I got on the site there is no better way to know how we are doing than straight from our customers which seem to ALL be on this great site! So truth be told I always like when you guys call us out for...
I will say that I am pretty confident that if we didn't provide them we would hear complaints about that too. So kind of a darned if you do darned if don't situations :-P.
They are typically taken on all vehicles, We have taken oil samples since day 1 as we have been doing it for years on the core business side selling Construction equipment. Some inspectors take on non running trucks as well if they do we post it.
The reason you don't always see oil samples should be quite simply if it is not running there is no point in taking the sample. Protocol is for the truck to run for 30 minutes before the sample is taken... Does that always happen? People take shortcuts all the time and quite simply some...
I am glad that our customer service was on point. I am pretty confident it was Amanda that helped you and I will make sure her supervisor gets the positive feedback. I hope that your pickup experience goes just as well!

Those emails are automated completely based on auction date. The IronClad Assurance starts from when the EUC cleared. We also will not charge you storage while waiting on the EUC to clear. As long as you get it picked in a reasonable amount of time after EUC clears storage will not come into play.
I just talked to our Customer Service Manager about what you guys are being told we will work to improve our communication there. I hear it all day as my desk is next to Customer Service... The reality is this problem has been discussed between us and Battle Creek heavily and we have added...
I don't see it coming up during the EUC they are primarily looking at the individual buying not the actual vehicle. They have to send a letter on company letter head stating that they gave it to us on DTID (Delivery turn in document) so and so that proves the ownership to IronPlanet.
Yeah this has been the talk of the office for the last few hours. We got a request in to the DLA to get a letter to get all this cleared up. I will say we have never encountered anything like this up until now...and we see and hear some pretty crazy stuff...
A lot of the trucks going that low would be close to scrap. EUC won't come into play on the 5 tons so no need to worry about that it stands for End Use Certificate which is basically the Trade Security Commission making sure you are an american citizen when buying certain types of items/ Humvees...
IP Corp office is in CA but all of the GP operations are based out of Fort Worth. We literally don't have a single GP employee sitting in that office mostly just finance dept, AR, AP etc. The IP and GP call center is based in FTW as well. I will say we do hold certain inventory to control the...
