I agree there is no excuse. I was made aware of one today someone has been waiting since February. That is RIDICULOUS and not ever acceptable. Part of my job description is to help develop and fix systems. I have only been here since April and there has been a lot to do. This has my attention. I...
My take and goal at this point is to try to figure it out. I think both of us are overwhelmed. The only defense at this point is to flat out fix it on both ends and the problem goes away. That obviously can't be done by pointing figures it will take cooperation. SO with that being said there's...
I can tell you that I took the words Humvee off of the SF97's I printed today. However the body style is correct, its a HMMWV its not a truck or an SUV its in a class all of its own so at least I got her on that lol.
All our valid points and most make sense. It never ceases to amaze me the discrepancies between one DMV to the next. Quite a few of these forms have gone through without issues looking exactly like the one you have/had. They are printed and stamped exactly how we were instructed...

So if it's slightly crooked I just chalked it up as close enough for Government work...
If the Data Plate has a delivery date that is what will be the year of the truck and yes it would be on the title. As far as exporting them I am not an expert. I have spoken with people who have gotten them out of the country easily and others who have trouble getting it done...
Once it is printed here in Fort Worth it has to go to Battle Creek MI for the DLA signature which we send overnight and then they sign and we overnight to CA for more signatures and from that point it is sent to you...We are trying to figure out a way to streamline that process but at this point...
I personally printed over 100 Sf97's yesterday so they all should be moving along and the backlog is getting a bit less. Now they go from Fort Worth to Battle Creek and then to CA so its kind of a pain of a process. Trying to work on streamlining it a bit but the signatures is a hold up...
Hey guys just wanted to give you guys a heads up... Our call volume has picked up and we are currently interviewing for 2 more Customer Service Reps. So just know we are are working to shorten the wait times...Our apologies for the inconvenience.
I believe you can change just call Customer Service. The key thing to remember is that you will have to make sure whoever you use provides us a Bill of Lading...
