[thumbzup] Never worked in the open like that. If you can get heavier cord - say 10/3 - some people temporarily use romex rated for outdoor use - voltage drop should be greatly reduced, allow larger tools to run.
Uh - Oh. No good! Should read at least mid 12's without charger. 11 means one cell is shorted. You can add distilled water if needed and try the charger again, but I would not count on that battery. Going to let you down someplace.

Jimmy, this is new territory for me & probably I am wrong. If yours is like the one in previous post, seems you might be able to unscrew and swap the grease fitting and spedo connections. If that is possible, it would make the spedo shaft turn in the opposite direction.
Tire shop should be able to balance for you. Course, the best would be one of the old "on the car balancers" from 1950-60's - they balance the entire rotating mass - brake drum and all. If you have trouble getting them bal, let me know - I'll explain how we used to bring them in close. PIA, but...
