For the money, replace them all. It's like spark plugs in a gasser, ya gonna replace one fouled plug.
And if you ever have a 6.2 swallow one ( I have ) believe me glow plugs are inexpensive.

Seriously, Throttle body fuel injection. I've heard its been done with good results, I think it's been discussedin JP mag. or some placelike that.

Thank you all, I have been a little side tracked lately. I have just a few thing to touch up on the tub and it'll be on the frame. Soon..................more pics to come.

My starter was making nasty sounds and turning slow, turned out the two bolts holding the motor case to the drive head were loose. Tightened them, now it sounds and works like new.

It's running better all the time. I warmed her up good and changed the oil today.
Now I need to change the glow plugs and controller.
There is a very small drain on the batteries, they will discharge over night.
Then fuel filter, Doghead relay, .........................and on and on...
