Last weekend I took the deuce for a ride then took it up to the shop to keep it inside overnight Sat. pulled it out Sun. to paint it, then then put it back in the shop till Mon. morning when I parked it outside, No oil spots on shop floor after all weekend.
Wed. I thought I'd use the truck to go...
I'm not sure but I think only a reg. motor dealer can direct reasign ownership.
Might be just as easy for you to pay the 22.50 title fee on Pa. then you could transfer as any other sale.
A local weekly paper in my area has a ad in this week that might be of interest to someone. The ad is for GMC military trucks says one is "cabin" chassis w/axtra cab one complete w/bed & winch 6cyl eng auto trans eng turns over free, w/1 1/2 mil. trailer No titles. $750.00 all.
I have no...
I have to agree with Freight Train that mileage readings don't tell much becouse speed-o-meters are changed around, engines changed, etc.
Mine is a 1970 that shows 35k the eng. has a Toole rebuild tag dated 1988 that does not mean it was installed then, could have been in a can in storeage for a...
My oil pressure gauge worked when I first got my truck up and running after refilling all the fluids that had been drained.
Then and day the gauge just quit,as soon as power switch was turned on the gauge pegged and stayed there checked and cleaned the ground as per the PM no help ran a ground...
If your trucker knew what he was doing he would have taped the stack. To a heavy eqpt. hauler that is S.O.P. the same as chaining his load down as soon as the machine is on the trailer out comes the roll of duct tape, after all the driver is responsable for his freight.
Why: is there something wrong with the used starter that you just bought, would a Delco be cheaper them rebuilding the used one or does he think the Delco is a better starter.
I think I read somewhere (M.V. mag. or Army motors ?) don't remember, that they were unit added for that personal look and a lot of guys used old gun barrels.
Pennsylvania M35A2 owners.... A couple questions ror you.
The Pa. antique tag is $75 plus $22.50 title fee and is permenent and no insp. is required. You do need 4 pic. front, rear, and boyh sides.
The reg. is very restrictive on how used,(shows, paraides, club meets, and occanal use that is...
Jones:
Thanks for the reply, I figured that the info would have been there I just wasn't seeing it. Not going for an exact perfect by the book job, but need a guide so not to end up all hodge podge and looking like someone just went nuts with a paint brush.
Fig. 47 from TM43-0229 has a 3 color camo pattern and I was wondering how that would look with the green, brown and black colors. And if so which colors would go with which numbers on the pattern in the TM. I looked and didn't see any charts or any listing that would apply, did I miss something...

Justin, welcome aboard I'll try to help you out by telling you what I have gone through,

Another deuce brake problem
You are right about moving the switch, I don't remember which way is which but I know it has been covered somewere??
There is also a post somewere that explained how someone mounted a lever type auto brake light switch with a bracket at the brake pedal, don't...
As for your oil level I think that the level after all oil has drained down is about 1" above to full mark, you might be a little over but I would not think that is your problem.
You are right that if a turbo is out black smoke to the point that you can't see behind you, thats the engine sucking...
Try an auto body supply house or a fastener supplier that handles the AuVeCo line.
There item#16390 is a 15ft. roll of sponge rubber door seal that works very well.
I got mine from a supplier that the shop I work at buys alot from so I got a very good price (stocking dealer pricing) can't say...
Just a WAG but I think GL site person listed wrong, sure looks like an AM General to me. Did notice looks like air steering on it, if that would make a defferance.
