JATONKA, I got the Grill cover installed when I got home today. It fits perfect. The bottom hangs behind the bridge plate and bumper enough to hold it in place. The screws line up with the snaps exactly. Great job. Makes on hell of a difference in how fast the heat comes up. Thanks again Tom

I am not sure about the bushings, but I can say that they have grease fittings on all the ball joints. That may be a good place to start. Coolant is good and heat is coming from the heater. If it were not for the gage, I would not think anything is different. Is the fan supposed to be on all the time? Tom
