Paintjob: Solid OD green VS Woodland camo

Title says it all. Repainting the 1009 soon and I cant decide between OD green on the whole truck or the three color woodland camo scheme thats on it now. If any of you have pictures of your paint jobs post em here or just any opinions on paint that would match the military colors. I hear...

    1985 blazer m1009

How do you like the bedliner in the cab? Thinking about doing that in my M1009 but I was worried about the smell when it gets hot out and the inside of my vehicle turns into an oven.

    CUCV Picture Challenge

Sadly, no women.... I would bring a few along next time I go out and get it dirty but seeing as how its 50 degrees here I dont think any lady friends of mine would want to go out and get dirty but hey, I'll try tomorrow.

Considering a m1009 as a daily driver, advice?

Had my 1009 for about six months now and I love it. Getting about 15-20 mpg and I have 95k on the motor. The 6.2 is far from a 5.9 but for driving around and occasionally hauling my raptor on a trailer it does great. Simple to work on, parts are easy to find out here. If you can pick one up for...

    6bt in CUCV

Thinking about buying one of those p30 bread vans with a 4bt and swapping it. I hear they bolt right up with the th400s and a 4bt would be a better to modify/build up seeing as how you cant squeeze much power out of a 6.2. I've seen a 1009 with a 6bt but the guy reinforced the frame and threw...

What have you done to your CUCV today/lately - Part 2

Put a few coats of rattle can bedliner on the brushguard and bumpers. The black paint I put on when i got the truck is starting to chip from driving around in the woods so i figured bedliner was the way to go. Looks great now!

    rear power in m1009?

I had a few questions on the rear power hookup in my m1009 and figured a few of you more experienced CUCV owners could help. There may be a thread on this already but I did not see one First question, and I'm just thinking out loud here but would it be possible to cut and wire up an extension...
