I still need to double check with my contacts before I install them on mine, but if I remember correctly from DOT codes for Calli, as long as it is an OEM feature of the vehicle it is legal. Orange PD doesn't have an issue with the other 2 CUCVs in Orange with antenna mounts. Should be ok.

New Glowplugs solved the issue.

Up until this morning once the truck started it ran no problem. White smoke and all while trying to start it (I know, I was flooding it). A new Fuel Filter went in 8 days ago. I'm going to get the GPs swapped out tomorrow and I pray that fixes it and that there are no swelled plugs.

Would NAPA carry the new wire connectors as well? I don't want to grind them down, risk my warranty incase I get DOA again. The truck just plain would not start this morning. Gonna have to hump it to Napa and back.

Would a gradual increase of the difficulty to start up be possible from the controller card? Do they slowly go bad or just fry one day? And the steady decline could prove that my plugs were slowly going out?

It didn't work, still a hard start. But for some reason no white smoke this time.... more tinkering to be done tonight. Going to start testing glowplugs to see if its them.

Replaced Fuel Filter, topped off fluids, basics like that. Been having hard starting issues, did my tracking and I believe I narrowed it down to the Glowplug relay, so I swapped it out with the nice pricey Napa one. Real test tomorrow morning to see if it works.

This is pretty much what I do, when I have time I wait for the high idle to kick off. Typically takes 3-6 minutes from a cold start.
