No not starting at all. Which is why I have no hair left. I'm an experienced mechanic until I was diagnosed with ms so I know where things should be working just don't know these small engines.
It currently has new fuel I have checked to verify it's spurts out of the injector above, and checked at the canister. Hence is why I believe somewhere it is fuel locked somewhere. I know the injector works properly. Etc
I have done what you said before. It does indeed work when you had said. Now I'm further big amen to find out why it is not starting. Use the start and run but I replaced so many things and now I believe that it is airlock / bound etc....
Ok since we are still talking about the same unit, can someone guide me to where I can locate the instructions on getting the air out of the unit. I've been comparing it to diesel trucks I have and have worked on. I'm thinking it is air bound since all I have done and replaced. Thanks in advance.
It was from my fire company where I was the chief engineer. Chief said he was gooing to scr it. Said to him, sorry but screw you. I'll put it in my truck till I get the time to finish it. We'll right now I'm getting kinda stumped.
We'll I have a bunch of posts on here of what was replaced. I did the fuel and oil filter. Drained and refilled the fuel. New glow plug. It was running and had to replace the starter. I've tried draining all the air since it is a diesel. Did also the throttle cable, I'm sure there is more but...
Ok back still need help with my mep-016b
I'm now. In nj and looking for help from someone. Been working on this gen unit off and on for 5 months. Who. In nj would be willing to help.?
well and stalled a new glow plug. I did it when the fuel cap is off and I tried with the fuel cap on the smoke coming from the exhaust is white and for some reason it just will not crank over.
ive cracked the lines lower and upper by the injector. Never adjusted the valves, but did look to see that they were working. For others that asked i posted what i did for the unit. Very basic tune-up like you would do to your car or truck
