Fill EUC on a GOVPLANET EUC required item means that you need to fill out the EUC paperwork and submit it to my EUC team so that it can be processed and sent to TSC for review and investigation.
Depending on which state they live in, trailers with a GVWR under 2000# can normally be titled with a Bill of Sale with no issue. Texas is one of the more lenient states in this regard. I would highly suggest talking with the local subcourthouse versus the DMV since they are more likely to...
The majority of the DMVs will utilize the date on the SF97 and/or the reassignment letter to start their clock. There have been several instances where customers have requested an SF97 months, sometimes years after the sale and have not had an issue with the 45 day time frame most DMVs utilize...
Ok, I will try and update this thread on a weekly basis (no promises). I have the EUC team tracking individual groups to help get a better timeline so everyone can guess fairly accurately on when their EUC should be approved. I will publish the groups that can realistically expect to see an...
Without knowing what the item number is, there is not much light I can share on the issue. If this was a GovPlanet purchase, PM me an item number and I will look into it. This is the first time I have heard of this one, so it may be specific for IronPlanet items.
Cucv- The SF 97 will be dated with the date it was prepared and signed by the Seller (DLA), that along with your invoice should, or at least it has for other people, show that you were waiting on the government document and when it was signed. If that does not work PM me with the item # and I...
Absolutely Capone, maybe I will run it up the flagpole that we need to suspend all auctions until the government get us the forms...I am sure that no one would complain about that.
If you already have a cleared EUC from a GovPlanet purchase within the past 30 months, the timeline is still sitting at 7 business days from the date TSC accepts your EUC. PM me an Item# if you feel that you fall into this category.
It's been elevated to personnel far above my pay grade. I guess they got tired of me hounding them everyday about it. According to my VP, we should get some clarity on when we should be getting our resupply. The silver lining is that I have had my team scrub our backlog list and have prepared...
garlar- IT was a helluva a phone call, and the fact that I was in and out of meetings every day last week. I told the CCA that was hovering over my shoulder to transfer you over to their supervisor since they are more experienced as to what is a legitimate claim. Just to set the record...
We received an emergency shipment, but not nearly as many as we had expected. GSA is telling us that the full shipment's arrival is imminent. We burned through the 400 they sent us in July in about a week. I have already contacted the DLA lead and they are working with GSA to get come type of...
6/12 is 45 business days, it is not calendar days. Yesterday's approvals were from 6/13 and before. Based on the average number of approvals and the amount of EUCs per group, I would expect next week's approvals to finish the 6/13 and the majority of 6/14 submission groups. We sent them a...
Stanimal- I used the 6/12 date because that would be the 45 day-ish group. The average processing time for EUCs has been right at 47 business days from the date TSC receives and accepts the EUC submission. If you have an EUC that was submitted prior to 6/12 and do not receive an approval this...
Is this a question? Not really sure what you are asking...If it has been over 45 business days (Before 6/12/17) since you submitted your EUC, PM me your info and I will check into it. If you submitted paperwork after 6/12/17, it is still being processed.
If you received an email stating your EUC was approved, then your item release will be available on your item page in your account. Both the email and item release generation is an automatic action once the EUC team moves your status to EUC Approved.
The correct form they are talking about should be the Item Release form on your Item page. Unless you are exporting, you do not need the actual Form 1822 (EUC). If you are using a transportation company, all they need is your item release form and then they will contact our Pick Up Support...
