    Issues with SF-97

Still working on the issue. One of my executives actually has a face to face meeting this week with the USMC project manager. Hopefully we will have some clarification by the end of the week.

PM the name of the CSR that sent this to you so that I can ensure this confusion does not continue. I briefed the Customer Care Manager last week that it will take approximately 3-5 weeks to work through the backlog that not having the blank forms for the last 3 months has created, provided...

Yes, between the ones I received and the order we made, we should have more than enough to take care of the backlog as well as take care of all the sales between now and the next order which is scheduled to arrive in Nov.

Officially yes we are still waiting on our order from the GSA. We were able to pull favors and get about 500 blanks from various sources. We are currently working them now and sending a group off today to the DLA for signature. We are still being told that our official order should arrive...

Matic- You are correct in your assumption. My EUC team submits EUCs in batches once a week. The date I reference is the date the "batch" is sent to TSC. TSC tends to work them in batch order, however there are 3 different "types" of EUC Buyer status'. Initial Buyer (First Timers), Subsequent...

    Issues with SF-97

Well since I am apparently encouraging lawlessness and anarchy, going forward my posts will be limited to facts only. My personal opinion and advice is clearly not needed or wanted since there are enough lawyers and experts on the forum to provide sufficient avenues for everyone. With that...

DCIV-Putting them together now...did you ever PM me your item number?

I agree with you 100%, unfortunately the government contract is not structured that way. We are required to auction off a minimum percentage of items that are delivered to us via the DLA. We do not have the authority or ability to reduce that number.

We actually do state that it can be an extended time to get the SF97 on every inspection report, here it is verbatim: " If Selected, a Standard Form 97 (SF97) or Transferable titling document will be sent to the buyer by express mail or similar service. Typically buyers will receive their SF97...

Trying to work a dope deal with a former Army buddy of mine. Officially there has been no update other than the back order notice we were given in August. PM your item number to me please.

I was out of the office last week and trying to dig out of the hole that has left me in. If you PM'd me and I haven't responded, I promise I will attempt to answer all of them by end of day today. Here is this week's EUC Update: 7/5 and later: 16 7/11 Group : 97 7/18 Group: 52 7/25 Group: 91...

    Issues with SF-97

Your SF97 and reassignment letter will be dated as of the date of signature. The SF97 clearly states that that it can be used as a bill of sale for titling purposes. You will not be charged for late registration as long as you title it within 40 days of the date on the reassignment letter. If...

DCIV- Yes you can switch, however, the only thing you would be able to switch to is a notarized bill of sale (which honestly you only need in a few states, your invoice should suffice for the majority so unless you need it, don't waste the money). The title option is the other option you were...

    Issues with SF-97

DCIV- Not sure I understand what you mean by "Change ours if we want to"...Also I really don't want to hijack the EUC thread to discuss SF97s. If anyone has any questions or concerns about SF97s please use the above thread that Porky quoted. Thanks!

    Issues with SF-97

To set the Record straight, every inspection report states that it could take up to 60 Business days to receive an SF97 and up to an additional 30 business days to receive a title. This is from the date the item is picked up, NOT the sale date. Second, The backorder is at the Federal level...

DCIV- If you sent us your EUC paperwork on 7/10 then it was sent in either the 7/11 or 7/18 batch to TSC.

Ok Folks here is this week's update. My guys are currently updating the approvals so if you were approved then you should get an email today. TSC did above average on approvals, they knocked out 63 versus the normal 45-50. Here is where we stand after today's approvals: 3 EUCs > 45 days 6/27...

Tuesday is the day that Battle Creek sends my EUC team the approval report. Once it is received they update the system which then kicks out the automated email. To ensure that you get the email, go to your GovPlanet Account settings and make sure that we have the correct email address. As...
