The 1,500 lb. rule is for a trailer coach or camp trailer. I do not plan on carrying over 1,000 lbs.

We decided to alter one M116a3 into a wood hauling trailer, and another into a trailer we will be using for pulling behind our Jeep while we do exploring. The last one will be put up for sale. We are keeping our M1101 also for general hauling.

What you could do, if you used shorter tires, like 30" or so, is to cut out the fenders completely, and weld in some flat stock over the missing area, leaving the area directly above the tires open for travel when you add weight to the trailer and for spring...

Geeze,,, I have searched the sticky's, google, etc. etc. for Napa part numbers for the belt and tensioner for our M923a2 and I get many but different numbers for the belt and no numbers for the tensioner.
Is the sticky correct that the serpentine belt number is Napa NBH-080680 or another post...
