    Making Bows and Stakes?

yup, depending on the wood you use, you can get it wet, build a jig and bend to shape, and, then, let it dry. I usually bend a little more than I want, since it seems they always spring back some when taken out of the jig. I use 1x4 and cut them down. If you can find a straight grain hardwood...

    WMO ?

bimpyrobb; one could imagine some of those additives not burning well, or, interfering with the fuels ability to do same. Also chemical reactions during and after combustion potentially causing cylinder/valve deposits. I'd wonder about that, too. I save my WMO, but, I don't use any snake oil in...

Crazy idea for filtering used oil.

remember: centrifical forces can generate a lot of damage if things come apart. Go to "simple centrifuge" website, they show video's ect. good info there. I'd think a centrifuge is the way to go. I'm not so sure about a washing machine. IIRC, it's the perforated drum that spins, the solid one...

My 5 Ton already earning its keep!!

Aside from politics, etc........ Nice photo's, nice set up. I've run 2wd Case and J.D. tractors, backhoes mostly, for years. They do just fine, you know their limits and, usually stay within. But, you get stuck.....too........at least with 2wd, you don't have to walk as far to get...

    What will your deuce pull?

RE: contest I'd think towing is not so much the problem or question, it'll tow a lot, albiet slowly. I'd think the real concern would be stopping............ As long as you're confident in the trailers ability to stop it'self, and, you have plenty of tongue weight, you should be ok....... But...

Potential new deuce owner with questions

James: I'd guess your question might also be phrased: Will my driveway hold a deuce?........not knowing what your driveway is made from, how, on what base, that's a pretty tough question........probably not though...... And, certainly, don't drive it on the grass, they're not made for that sort...

    Blasting Help! Question!

RE: Re: RE: Blasting Help! Question! Is this a pressure pot? you should have a backflow valve, if so, and, it'll help. I'd say moisture......if this is re-curring during operation,it plugs then builds enough pressure to blow the plug out, then, plugs again....... If not, I don't know...

What size trailer for a deuce?

yes, it should fit on an 8' trailer, since, the tires are not that far apart....just get it as centered as possible. It's not pulling it that causes problems, it's stopping....... It's ok to get there slow, it's tough, though, if you can't stop...... Make sure the trailer brakes are good, and...
